Yemen, Libya hurt OMV profits

Daniel J. Graeber VIENNA, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Disruptions in Libya were in part to blame for the 37 percent decline in second quarter profits, Austrian oil and gas company OMV said Tuesday.
