SolomonEdwards Strengthens Transaction & Regulatory Advisory Services practice with New Hire in Chicago

SolomonEdwards, a national professional services firm, is pleased to announce that Chris Yancey, CPA, has joined the firm as Director of the national Transaction & Regulatory Advisory Services (TRAS) team.

Chris brings twenty years of combined corporate and public accounting experience to his role where he will provide US GAAP, IFRS, SEC compliance, financial reporting and transaction services expertise to advisory clients. As Director, he will primarily consult for private equity firms and their portfolio companies on transactions-based initiatives.

Prior to joining SolomonEdwards, Chris served as Director for KPMG’s Transaction & Restructuring-Accounting Advisory Services practice. He held other significant financial and accounting management roles including Director for Deutsch Group Capital Advisors, as well as Senior Manager at several Fortune 500 companies. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
