Gazprom Neft targets Siberian shale

Daniel J. Graeber MOSCOW, Oct. 2 (UPI) -- A subsidiary of Russian oil company Gazprom Neft said Thursday it embarked on a new stage of assessing the shale oil potential in Western Siberia.
