Serbia defers to EU on Russian gas pipeline

Daniel J. Graeber MOSCOW, Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Matters governing the construction of the South Stream gas pipeline from Russia should be settled between the Kremlin and Brussels, a Serbian diplomat said.
