WHAT: | DIRECTV is working with Scripps Network and its non-profit partner Rebuilding Together to honor and give back to military veterans living at U.S.VETS Los Angeles. | |
Matt Blashaw, from DIY’s Yard Crashers and HGTV’s Vacation House for Free, along with a group of DIRECTV employee volunteers, will rehabilitate two rooms at U.S.VETS’ Inglewood facility used for group counseling, training sessions and job interviews. | ||
U.S.VETS is a private non-profit organization providing housing, employment and counseling services to our nation’s veterans at 11 locations across the country. We will be helping to transform the Inglewood, Calif. site, which houses and serves over 500 veterans daily. | ||
