FSI Announces an Increase in Third Quarter, 2014 Revenue

FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (AMEX: FSI, FRANKFURT: FXT), isthe developer and manufacturer of biodegradable polymers for oil extraction, detergent ingredients and water treatment as well as crop nutrient availability chemistry. Flexible Solutions also manufactures biodegradable and environmentally safe water and energy conservation technologies. Today the Company announces a year over year increase in revenues for third quarter (Q3), 2014.

Sales were higher in Q3, 2014 than in Q3, 2013. Flexible Solutions’ top line revenue increased from $2.981 million (Q3, ‘13) to $3.850 million (Q3, ‘14), up 29% year over year. Total 9 month revenue for 2014 stands at $11.950 million compared to $12.370 million for 2013, down approximately 3% year over year. Although Q3, 2014 revenue was significantly higher than Q3 revenue of the previous year, it is too difficult to predict fourth quarter, as well as full year, 2014 revenue.
