Chesapeake dumps Marcellus, Utica shale

Daniel J. Graeber OKLAHOMA CITY, Oct. 16 (UPI) -- Chesapeake Energy Corp. said Thursday it was selling its Utica and Marcellus shale assets to rival Southwestern Energy Co. for more than $5 billion.
