The Macerich Company: Staying Positive As The Company Increases Its Dividend

On Thursday, October 23, The Macerich Company announced a 4.8% increase in its quarterly dividend, and as a result of that hike I wanted to briefly highlight a number of reasons behind my decision to stay bullish on the stock.
