BHP: Eagle Ford shale products OK for exports

Daniel J. Graeber HOUSTON, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Australian company BHP Billiton said it's concluded oil products processed from the Eagle Ford shale play in Texas are legally eligible for exports.
