UPDATE 1-Indonesian president raises subsidized fuel price by over 30 pct

JAKARTA, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Indonesia's president on Monday announced a more-than 30-percent increase in subsidised gasoline and diesel prices, a move that is expected to save the government more than $8 billion next year.
