U.S. lauds TAPI natural gas pipeline progress

Daniel J. Graeber WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- The U.S. government welcomes the creation of a joint company to steer a multilateral natural gas project from Turkmenistan, a State Department official said.
