Germany's Wintershall grabs Norwegian Sea position

Daniel J. Graeber STAVANGER, Norway, Dec. 1 (UPI) -- The Norwegian government said Monday it's given German energy company Wintershall consent to drill in the Norwegian Sea after completing a deal with Statoil.
