BAE Systems plans purchase of ISR products provider

Richard Tomkins ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 12 (UPI) -- Esterline Corporation has entered an agreement with BAE Systems for the sale of its Eclipse Electronic Systems subsidiary for $28 million.
