Krystal’s successful track record as a catering business owner makes her the ideal person for this project. She, however, needs funding support to take OMNI Fusion Kitchen off the ground. With this intention, Krystal has just started an Indiegogo campaign to raise $25,000.
Cooking has always been a passion for Krystal Lee. However, she started her career as a legal professional managing different law firms. She has had the privilege of working with several paralegals, attorneys, law firms, and secretaries. Interestingly, her knack for cooking continued to grow even while working in the legal field. Finally, in order to expand her cooking techniques, she attended a culinary school.
While attending culinary classes, Krystal observed that there is a specific soul food for each nationality. Being from a Louisiana based family, Krystal grew up eating the Louisiana style soul food. When completed, OMNI Fusion Kitchen restaurant will offer a mouth watering collection of soul foods from many different nationalities fused with that from Louisiana.
