Wet Seal files for bankruptcy after closing majority of stores

Danielle Haynes FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., Jan. 16 (UPI) -- Less than two weeks after shuttering about two-thirds of its stores, teen clothing retailer Wet Seal filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Thursday.
