They are inviting businesses, organizations, professionals and individuals to add their Positivity Intention and other relevant information to the List in an organized, searchable, sortable and easy-to-navigate format.
The Positivity List basic service is free. There is an introductory List Supporter option for a $20 one-time cost that upgrades the entry with visual enhancements and premium positioning.
"There are many reasons for doing this, not only for the promotional value that it offers", explains Jeffrey D Brown, founder & Publisher of Positivity World, "but there is a bigger effect of creating a powerful vehicle for generating positive energy and a force for good. This is a different way of thinking about marketing."
According to Brown, “We’re asking our participants questions like: What is your business or organization doing to take things to a higher level for your customers, colleagues, employees, community or the planet. How are you using positive principles to make things better for you and your stakeholders? How are you as a professional or an individual adding to the flow in the positive direction— the Up! as we like to call it.”
Positivity World and the Positivity List focus on a different direction. The idea is that we live in a world often seen as left or right, but these are just sideways views that, when pursued to an extreme in either direction, always seem to take us, ironically, to the same place. They believe a better direction is Up! But, there is no politics on the List. No left. No right. Just Up!
The purpose of the Positivity List is to provide a vehicle that will help raise the collective consciousness away from the sideways divide and toward a higher level of interaction, creativity, life enrichment and service by associating businesses, organizations, professionals and individuals with a statement that supports the positivity idea.
