1Spatial Strengthens Partnership with Laser Scan Inc

1Spatial plc, the global spatial big data company, is acquiring a substantial share in its partner Laser Scan Inc. (LSI), the USA-based provider of spatial data solutions.

This partnership will give 1Spatial the opportunity to develop key sectors in the USA and throughout the Americas, strengthening its offer with additional services and products which complement the business’s existing capabilities, such as 1SMS solutions and services. The companies will also have the scalability to grow and maximise opportunities across this significant market.

CEO of 1Spatial, Marcus Hanke, commented, "We are delighted to announce this partnership with Laser Scan Inc. The deal provides 1Spatial with long term security of its Americas distribution channel and ensures continuity of service to key customers.
