World Bank: Oil-rich Kurdish economy shrinking

Daniel J. Graeber WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- Despite its vast oil wealth, the World Bank said it expects the economy of the semiautonomous Kurdish region of Iraq to shrink because of regional crises.
