GM names LyondellBasell lawyer as chief counsel

(Reuters) - General Motors Co on Thursday named Craig Glidden, chief legal officer at chemicals company LyondellBasell Industries NV , as general counsel, succeeding Michael Millikin, who is retiring in July.
