UPDATE 1-DreamWorks posts loss as 'Penguins of Madagascar' underperforms

Feb 24 (Reuters) - Hollywood studio DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc reported a fourth-quarter loss, compared with a profit a year earlier, as it took charges related to restructuring and the weaker-than-expected performance of "The Penguins of Madagascar".
