Delphi Automotive PLC Announces Pricing Of Senior Notes Offering

Delphi Automotive PLC (NYSE: DLPH), a leading global supplier of technologies for the automotive and commercial vehicle markets, today announced it priced €700 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.50% senior notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). The Notes will be issued at a price of 99.54% of their principal amount. Proceeds from the Notes will be used to repay $500 million of Delphi Corporation’s outstanding senior notes due 2021 and to fund future growth initiatives such as acquisitions, and share repurchases.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Merrill Lynch International and J.P. Morgan Securities plc are joint book-running managers for the offering of the Notes.
