CN Rail needs to testify over recent oil accidents -minister

OTTAWA, March 10 (Reuters) - Canadian National Railway Co should explain its recent oil-by-rail accidents before the House of Commons transport committee, Transport Minister Lisa Raitt said on Tuesday.
