Oil gets minor lift from U.S. data

Daniel J. Graeber NEW YORK, March 11 (UPI) -- An expected moderation in U.S. crude oil inventories helped stimulate oil prices Wednesday, briefly ending a short-term faltering in the seasonal rally.
