UPDATE 1-Vontobel to buy majority stake in British asset manager

ZURICH, March 25 (Reuters) - Swiss bank Vontobel Holding has bought a 60 percent stake in Britain's TwentyFour Asset Management and said it was in talks to buy a German-based asset manager.
