Fitch Releases Updated Criteria for Analyzing U.S. Wireless Tower Transactions; No Rating Impact

Fitch Ratings has released an updated criteria report for analyzing U.S. wireless tower transactions.

There have been no material changes to Fitch's U.S. criteria for rating wireless tower transactions. Therefore, there are no rating implications for existing or new transactions. As part of the update, Fitch is providing increased detail on rating category-specific debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) attachment points.

The new report replaces Fitch's Nov. 19, 2014 criteria.
