GLOBAL MARKETS-European, Asian shares rise, helped by China stimulus hopes

LONDON, March 30 (Reuters) - Shares rose on Monday with Asian stocks buoyed by hopes for stimulus to boost China's economy, but the euro slipped on renewed concern about Greece's finances.
