Terrafina Announces Incentive Fee Payment to Its External Advisor

Terrafina (”TERRA”) (BMV:TERRA13), a leading Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (“FIBRA”), externally advised by Prudential Real Estate Investors and dedicated to the acquisition, development, lease and management of industrial real estate properties in Mexico, announced today the payment of an incentive fee to its external advisor, Prudential Real Estate Investors.

Based on the terms established in the advisory contract signed by both parties, Terrafina calculated the incentive fee, which was validated by an external auditor to support the transparency of the method of calculation. The fee payment corresponds to the period ending March 19, 2015 and resulted in the transfer of 4,723,291 Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios (CBFIs) issued on September 15, 2014 as approved at the Holders’ Meeting. These CBFIs are subject to a lock-up period of 6 months beginning April 8, 2015.
