GSE Systems to Showcase Entry2Expert Workforce Performance Improvement Solutions at IRPC 2015

Global energy services solutions provider GSE Systems, Inc. (NYSE MKT:GVP) (“GSE”) today announced that it will be presenting and exhibiting solutions for oil and gas industry workforce performance improvement at booth 7 at the 2015 International Refining and Petrochemical Conference (IRPC). Bruce Manthey, Vice President of GSE, will give a presentation titled, “Solving Refining & Petrochemicals Workforce Development Challenges with Performance Improvement Tools,” on Tuesday, June 2 at 3:35 p.m. The conference takes place June 1-3 at Jumeriah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

During his presentation, Mr. Manthey will discuss the benefits of using an Entry2Expert (E2E) integrated approach to solve current oil and gas industry workforce challenges. Whether the challenges stem from retirement of experienced workers or the need to staff new capacity, Mr. Manthey will explain how using simulation and web-enabled tutorials can help companies accelerate the time from entry-level employee to autonomous operators or process engineers.
