Breaking taboo, Jerusalem Palestinians seek Israeli citizenship

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - "I declare I will be a loyal citizen of the state of Israel," reads the oath that must be sworn by all naturalized Israeli citizens. Increasingly, they are words being uttered by Palestinians.
