Guidance Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: GUID) today announced plans to participate in two upcoming investor conferences:

• The 18th Annual Needham Growth Conference to be held January 12-14, 2016 at The New York Palace Hotel in New York City. Guidance is scheduled to present at 4:50 p.m. ET on Tuesday January, 12th. Guidance’s President and CEO, Patrick Dennis, and Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, Rasmus van der Colff, are scheduled to participate in meetings with investors throughout the day.
• Noble Financial Capital Markets’ 12th Annual Investor Conference to be held January 18-20, 2016 at the Club Med Hotel in Sandpiper Bay, Florida. Guidance is scheduled to present at 3:30 p.m. ET on Monday, January 18th. Guidance’s Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, Rasmus van der Colff, is scheduled to participate in meetings with investors throughout the day.
