ServiceNow Inc. (NYSE: NOW) reported a loss for the fourth quarter of 23 cents per share compared with a loss of 30 cents per shares last year and forecast 2016 revenue that missed expectations. Shares of the cloud software firm plummeted $11.80 to close at $63.57.
