“Overnight, Mark Spain Real Estate will be a top 25 real estate company in metro Atlanta,” said John Makarewicz, company president, referring to an annual list published by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in which the last company on the list had $186 million in sales. Mark Spain Real Estate would have theoretically placed No. 22 with its $282 million in sales.
That said, intense focus will remain on delivering industry-leading customer service. Makarewicz pointed to a newly created role within the organization. “We’ve hired Joe Garcia as our Director of Client Experiences as we want to elevate our entire client experience to an even higher level.”
