Custom-Designed Plant Features Variety of Metal Fabrication Capabilities
GREEN BAY, Wis. - Feb. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Badger Sheet Metal Works leverages the exceptional capabilities of its state-of-the-art facilities to deliver high-quality large fabrication and other metal fabrication projects for a diverse national customer base.

Badger Sheet Metal Works, which traces its roots to 1923, moved into its custom-designed plant in 2008. With a 70 x 320-foot main assembly bay that features four crane rails with a total lifting capacity of 30 tons and a 22-foot under-hook height, the company has the ability to produce a wide range of products.

“Our reputation has grown from that of a small sheet metal shop years ago to a leading producer of large fabrication and other metal fabrication projects,” said Sam Thomas, Vice President of Operations at Badger Sheet Metal Works. “Along with our in-house capabilities, our assembly bay is large enough to accommodate additional lift equipment when the 30-ton lifting capacity isn’t enough.”

Contributing More Than Fabrication Expertise
Badger Sheet Metal Works adds value to the customer experience through hands-on involvement beginning in the pre-planning and cost estimate stages. The company’s expertise in navigating the unpredictable paths that large fabrication projects often encounter includes design, project management, transportation and installation.

Large fabrication products commonly produced by Badger Sheet Metal Works include air filtration units, control rooms, ducts, dust collection, electrical shelters, large and small tanks, industrial dryers and heaters, ovens for the food industry and water treatment tanks.

“Our experience allows us to provide input on manufacturability and other cost-savings strategies to help customers maximize their investment,” Thomas said.
