Revlon Inc. (NYSE: REV) will pay a premium of approximately $419 million in cash to acquire Elizabeth Arden Inc. (Nasdaq: RDEN). Shares of Revlon soared $2.50 to $33.65 while Elizabeth Arden stock leaped $4.54 to $13.85.
