Link-In Benefits Signs 3-Year Deal with Novitex

Novitex, the leading North American professional services company in the document outsourcing industry, announced today that it has been contracted to support the inbound and outbound communication needs of Link-In Benefits, a recently launched Veterans advocacy company serving Medicare Advantage companies and their Veteran Members.

Link-in Benefits helps Medicare Advantage plans identify members who are Veterans, and then helps those Veterans understand their benefits to enable them to make more informed health care decisions. Link-In Benefits expects to bring on several Medicare Advantage carriers in 2016 and anticipates helping thousands of their Veteran members throughout the country.

Link-In Benefits has chosen Novitex to help the organization support its increasing volumes of outbound and inbound communications. Novitex will manage the advocacy group’s outbound production and fulfillment work and inbound scanning of program enrollment, welcome kit, and regulatory communications. The work will be completed at Novitex’s MegaCenter East, a secure, cloud-enabled document processing facility. Novitex adheres to strict security and confidentiality standards and regulations, such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.

“We are laser-focused on our mission, which is to help Medicare Advantage Veterans understand and access all of the Veterans benefits they have earned. Back office operations enable our mission, and this partnership ensures that we have a premier partner from our first day of services,” said Sean Libby, President of Link-In Benefits. “We needed a vendor like Novitex that not only had the right experience, expertise, and capabilities, but also had the ability to scale with us as we expand.”

“With our scalable technology and infrastructure, Novitex is unique in its ability to support growing organizations like Link-In Benefits,” said Irina Novoselsky, President of Novitex. “Given our commitment to our Veteran population, it also is a privilege to help Link-In Benefits connect with our heroes to ensure that they gain access to the care they deserve.”
