In trading on Thursday, rental, leasing, & royalty shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 0.9%. Leading the group were shares of Cross Timbers Royalty Trust (CRT), up about 9% and shares of Sabine Royalty Trust (SBR) up about 7.2% on the day.
