ConAgra recalls P.F. Chang's frozen products over metal fragments

Allen Cone WASHINGTON, July 19 (UPI) -- ConAgra Food is expanding a voluntary recall of P.F. Chang's Home Menu Brand products due to potential presence of small metal fragments in sugar used in sauce.
