Nigerian oil export pipeline attacked

Daniel J. Graeber ABUJA, Nigeria, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- A militant group in the oil-rich Niger Delta region of Nigeria said it was answering statements from Abuja on mediation by bombing a main oil export pipeline.
