SIPRI: Arms imports rise in Asia, Middle East

Richard Tomkins Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Major arms imports in the Middle East rose by 86 percent between the periods of 2007-2011 and 2012-2016 and by 7.7 percent in Asia and Oceania.
