IAC/InterActiveCorp (Nasdaq: IAC) will pay a premium of approximately $500 million to acquire Angie's List (Nasdaq: ANGI). Shares of IAC leaped $12.05 to close at $96.24 while Angie's List stock jumped $3.62 to close at $9.51.
