Pitney Bowes Management Services, Inc. (PBMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) today announced that it has been named to The Black Book of Outsourcing’s 2008 “50 Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors” list.
PBMS placed in the highest ten percent of all firms judged in each survey area: C-Level Commitment, Human Capital Performance, Corporate Direction and Leadership Impact. Rankings are based strictly on responses from client surveys.

After a stringent external auditing process, the client experience responses of nearly 24,000 buyer executives determined the 2008 Black Book of Outsourcing rankings.
