OmniaLuo, Inc. (“OmniaLuo” or the “Company”) (OTCBB: OLOU), a China-based company engaged in the business of designing, developing, marketing and distributing fine women’s apparel under the brand name OMNIALUO, today announced that it opened eight new stores in June. Of the eight new stores, four were independent distributor stores and four were co-owned stores. In addition to these new store openings, OmniaLuo also entered into contracts with six new independent distributors in May and seven in June for stores to be opened by year-end 2008. The addition of the June store openings increases OmniaLuo’s retail store count to 210 throughout China.
“With each new store opening we move closer to meeting our year-end goals of 250+ retail stores and revenue of approximately $14.8 million,” stated Ms. Cindy Luo, Chairwoman and CEO. “Our continued domestic success will open the doors to international expansion of the OMNIALUO brand, ” added Ms. Luo.
