Vovici Ends Second Quarter 2008 with Record Financial Performance

Vovici (voh-VEE-see), the leading provider of solutions for Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) and online community building, today announced that in the three-month period ending June 30, 2008, the company has achieved record growth in its core Software as a Service (SaaS) business and in renewals from existing customers. Continuing on its momentum from Q1, the Company experienced increases in sale size, product and service adoption as well as an increased presence within the Fortune 2000.

New SaaS bookings increased 157% over Vovicis Q1 2008 performance, and 138% over the same period in 2007. As part of this growth, Vovici continued to add more and larger organizations to its customer ranks, achieving a 92% increase over the three month period ending March 31, 2008 in the number of contracts worth more than $100,000 in annual SaaS revenue and signing many contracts in excess of $50,000.

According to Vovici Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dean Wiltse, Our financial performance in the quarter just ended is a direct reflection of the aggressive investments we have made in expanding our sales organization and in our product development efforts. At the beginning of Q2, we introduced Vovicis Community Builder Module, which allows organizations to rapidly build proprietary online communities, as well as made significant enhancements to our core EFM-Community product. We have been gratified by the tremendous response we have received to these products, and this is reflected in Q2s strong financial performance.

In addition to strong product demand, says Wiltse, we have brought on seasoned leaders in our finance, product management, development, services, support and renewal teams and expanded our enterprise sales group to allow us to better meet the needs of some of the worlds largest organizations. Because of this investment, we are now pleased to count Canon USA, Dell Inc, Corporate Executive Board and Oracle, among others, as customers. In addition, we have made significant investments in our customer support systems, process and infrastructure, allowing us to achieve record results in renewals, including such leading companies as Nielsen Homescan and Boston Consulting Group.
