PepsiCo sues bottler over 'poison pill'

Snack and beverage giant PepsiCo says it is suing Pepsi Bottling Group over the latter’s adoption of what it called a 'poison pill' plan designed to defeat -- or at least the raise the price -- of PepsiCo’s recent acquisition bid.
