Alwyn is an experienced and enthusiastic corporate trainer and human resource generalist that specializes in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs and modules that promote skills development, support organizational goals, and foster multicultural work environments across the international hotel and hospitality industry in Canada, the United States, and Dubai. He is an expert in training program development, hospitality industry standards, and quality standards.

Mr. du Plessis is currently attending the British Columbia Institute of Technology where he is working towards becoming a Certified Human Resources Professional. He has also attended the University of Pretoria where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources.
