The Federal Reserve's Operation Twist program is likely to end at its scheduled expiration in June, Dennis Lockhart, president of the Atlanta Fed, said Tuesday. Speaking at the Milken Institute's Global Conference, Lockhart said it would depend on economic conditions. But he added, "I'm pretty confident the market would be able to absorb that."
