Established in 1982, The Livingstone Clinic is a private medical practice operating in four locations in both New South Wales and Queensland, which provides patients with ophthalmic care services. The Clinic provides a comprehensive range of specialized eye care services, tests, and examinations, helping patients to manage conditions. They also provide surgical procedures when necessary.

During her educational career, Dr. Livingstone earned her medical degree at the University of Melbourne. She also served as a Lieutenant in the Navy Reserve. Dr. Livingstone is a member of the Army Medical Academy of Ophthalmology as well as the European, Australian and American Cataract Society. She also acts as a presenter for a general practitioner training program. Additionally, Dr. Livingstone is a Founding Fellow of the Australian College of Cosmetic Surgery.
