Basking Ridge, New Jersey-based Avaya, Inc., (AV), is a leading provider of communications systems and software for enterprise customers, including businesses, government agencies, and other organizations. Avaya, Inc., was spun off from Lucent Technologies (LU) on September 30, 2000.
