Charter Elevator will be installing non-proprietary MCE iControl controllers with regenerative drives, new Torin A/C machines, Innovation fixtures, GAL door operators and new cab interiors / flooring.
Last February, the Renaissance Tower Homeowners’ Association awarded Charter Elevator the maintenance contract. “Since assuming the maintenance contract, Charter Elevator has reduced elevator callbacks from 42 to four, with an elevator uptime of over 99.9%, this season”, said Anita Pedraza, property manager for William Douglas Property Management. “Furthermore, we have the ability to see and understand all the work that Charter is doing through their online CharterView system.”
