Wednesday's biggest gaining and declining stocks

Among the stocks likely to see active trading Wednesday are the auto makers as well as Candela, Casey’s General Stores, Ista Pharmaceuticals, Mylan Labs, Pep Boys, Syneron, Talbots and UPS.
